Grateful Rescue lost a beautiful soul. One of our dearest volunteers, Cindy Teague, passed away after a courageous battle with ovarian cancer. She was so loved, so gentle and kind with a heart of gold. She was an amazing animal advocate and saved many lives. We are so blessed to have known her. I can only imagine how happy she is at this moment, surrounded by all her fur babies who have been watching over her and waiting to leap in her arms again!
